Sourcefield is a cultural wellness and creative practice platform rooted in purpose-driven music traditions, including Hip Hop, soul, and other forms of expressive culture born from lived experience. Through creative residencies, educational programs, artist interviews, and embodied practices, Sourcefield creates space for artists and creatives to explore expression, cultural dialogue, and personal development.
This work emerges from real communities, real creative pressure, and the intelligence carried through sound, rhythm, and storytelling. Sourcefield brings together artists, educators, and wellness practitioners to support creative growth, reflection, and connection through art, conversation, and practice.
Rather than separating creativity from wellbeing, Sourcefield recognizes the relationship between culture, the body, and artistic expression—offering programs and experiences that help artists reconnect with their voice, deepen self-trust, and engage with culture in meaningful ways.
Sourcefield is rooted in:
This is not wellness removed from context.
It is wellness shaped inside culture.
Sourcefield creates curriculum-based and experiential offerings at the intersection of:
All work is trauma-informed, consent-based, and culturally grounded.
Hip Hop as Healing™
A curriculum-based cultural wellness program rooted in Hip Hop as a system of expression, regulation, identity, and meaning.
Hip Hop as Healing™ explores:
Facilitated by trauma-informed cultural practitioners with lived experience inside Hip Hop and urban creative spaces.
Guest cultural voices may be included when aligned.
This is not therapy.
This is not crisis care.
It is a room you return to.
Selective, immersive experiences for artists, cultural workers, and practitioners seeking restoration, clarity, and creative realignment.
Residencies are intentionally small, slow, and grounded—designed to honor both the nervous system and the creative process.
Sourcefield collaborates with institutions, organizations, and collectives seeking urban-informed, culturally competent approaches to wellness, creativity, and education.
